SSoftiya, founded in 2018, is a full-stack home care, healthcare, and community-based services operations platform. Designed around real agencies—not generic software—it unifies electronic records, scheduling, EVV, billing, HR, documentation, and medication management across PCA, HCBS, home health, residential/group home, assisted living, and NEMT programs.

Beyond software, Softiya provides regulatory consulting for licensing, Medicaid enrollment, audits, corrective actions, and multi-state expansion. This combination of technology + compliance expertise helps agencies operate accurately, meet state requirements, and scale without operational gaps.

Started inside active home care agencies

Softiya grew out of personal care and home health agencies that needed a system to actually match how state programs, authorization rules, and visit documentation work in practice. Instead of separating “software” from “compliance,” we built one workflow that aligns visits, EVV, billing, and HR with what surveyors and payers expect to see.

Consulting services are billed separately from software subscription fees and are confirmed in writing with scope, pricing, and limitations.
