Reference check is the next step after you have completed your interview and interview review. In softiya – Home Care Software, the interview can be complete two ways. You also have the option to skip the interview all together and offer a job or reject the Applicant in the next step.
- Reference check option one:
- Send an email to the person providing the reference check (link provided) and wait for them to complete the presented form
- Or else, Complete phone reference and you complete the reference form yourself based on their answers.
- Skip the reference all together.
- Click verify reference after you have verified reference to get to the next step.
