Softiya may require reasonable verification of identity and authority before processing any deletion request.
What Will Be Deleted
Where permitted by law, contract, and customer instructions, Softiya will delete or de-identify app account data associated with the request.
What May Be Retained
Certain data may be retained where required or permitted for legal, regulatory, contractual, compliance, audit, security, fraud-prevention, payroll, billing, EVV, healthcare, Medicaid, Medicare, HIPAA, record-retention, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate business purposes.
In many cases, records within the Softiya platform are maintained on behalf of a healthcare agency, provider, or other customer. Such customer-controlled records may be subject to independent retention requirements and may not be deleted solely upon an app user request.
Processing Time
Softiya will review and process deletion requests within a commercially reasonable timeframe, subject to verification, legal obligations, and operational requirements.
