What is included in the $199 portal activation

After you confirm your email, activation is handled manually by our team. This is real setup work that many vendors charge for as an “implementation” or “onboarding” fee.

  • Provisioning your dedicated agency database and base configuration.
  • Adding core job descriptions and job offer letter templates to your HR module.
  • Configuring payers and billing code structure for your primary programs (PCA, HCBS, home health, etc.).
  • Loading standard client admission and signature documents into your portal.
  • Enabling onboarding, orientation, and in-service training templates.
  • Applying baseline settings for EVV, scheduling, HR, and documentation workflows.

Activation is billed as a single $199 charge per agency at the time you confirm your registration. This covers the manual setup described above. Pricing may change; please verify current terms in your registration and welcome emails.

How the Softiya trial registration works

  1. Start registration

  2. Confirm your email
    Softiya will send a verification link to the admin email you provide. You must click this link to confirm your account before we can activate your portal.
  3. Portal activation by Softiya
    After your email is confirmed, our admin team provisions your agency database and applies the activation steps listed above. You will receive an activation email once your portal is ready to log in.
  4. Explore your configured portal
    Add a test client and staff, test EVV clock-in/out, review HR records, generate sample billing files, and follow the Quick-Start checklist and videos inside your portal.
