State-mandated EVV

Some states require agencies to use a single, state-selected EVV system. Agencies usually log in directly or connect through an interface that follows the state’s specifications.

Aggregator model

Other states or MCOs allow multiple EVV vendors but use an “aggregator” to collect visit data. Softiya sends approved visits to the aggregator according to that state’s rules, while you continue to manage scheduling and documentation in one place.

Payer-specific EVV

Certain managed care plans or waivers may require their own EVV connections. Configuration is payer-specific and should be confirmed in each contract or provider manual.

Single schedule, multiple programs

Visits are scheduled once in Softiya, even if you run PCA, HCBS, home health, group home, or NEMT. The same visit record can be used for EVV export, billing, and payroll.
